RIDING CAMPS 2026

Our summer camp program is a fun filled way to develop develop riding and horsemanship skills. Each camp is carefully curated to include riding, crafts, games and interactive equine education activities.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 23 2026

This show has as its goal to prepare students for the show ring. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, therefore show attire is excused.  Riders must be turned out appropriately, wearing a CidermilI shirt (the old logo shirts are fine) or if it is cold, a clean sweater/jacket and breeches or tights of any colour.  The rider's hair must be tied back neatly. Coaches and staff are permitted to offer guidance throughout the competition to ensure a positive experience for all.

About Us

Cidermill Equestrian was established in 2002.  We have now taught generations of competent riders to learn and love the sport.  Whether your goal is to learn the basics of riding or to eventually own and compete your own horse, we can provide you with the tools and the confidence to set you on the right path.  Our lesson program follows the EQUINE CANADA LEARN TO RIDE ENGLISH PROGRAM.


Riders are enrolled in a weekly lesson program on our well schooled horses.  Riders learn to groom and tack their horses appropriately for their lesson.  In their lessons, they work with horses in flat work, work over ground poles and eventually over jumps.  The focus of lessons is on proper position, correct use of aids,  and safe handling and riding practises.  Cidermill offers their students regular opportunities to for Rider Level Testing under EQUINE CANADA’S LEARN TO RIDE PROGRAM.

Cidermill Equestrian believes in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for both horse and rider. We prioritize the well-being of our horses and teach our students to do the same. We believe in a holistic approach to riding and strive to develop well-rounded riders.
